Every Unknot belt comes with a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee.

 

Wear it, take it on a trip, use it every night for a month — it doesn't matter what condition it's in. If it hasn't earned a place in your routine within 30 days of delivery, email support@unknotheat.com and let us know. We'll send you a prepaid return label right away, no explanation required.

 

Once we receive the belt back, we'll refund you in full within 5 business days. There's no restocking fee and no "must be unused" fine print — this is a guarantee, not a standard return policy, so we're not going to inspect it for wear and tear.

 

On top of the guarantee, every belt carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something stops working the way it should within that year, we'll send you a replacement — we don't do repairs, we just send a new one.
